The Lehtopirtti activity center, maintained by the Kauhava Disabled People's Association, is located in Kauhava, along Ojutjärventie. In addition to the main building, there is an atmospheric courtyard sauna, a barbecue hut and barn buildings with sleeping areas in the courtyard. All buildings have unobstructed access. In addition to the kitchen, the main building has a dining area and a fair-sized lounge. The main building has covered access to the ballroom and the bedroom. Nearby is Lake Ojutjärvi with its beaches and fishing opportunities.

Lehtopirtti Activity Center is rented out for both parties and leisure use. The facilities are great for organizing birthdays, weddings, and other occasions and parties, for example. Lehtopirtti has Wi-Fi internet access, and the ballroom has audio equipment and a video cannon. The well-equipped kitchen has ready-made kitchen utensils and coffee equipment for more than 50 people.
