Kauhava buzzes with culture and celebrations of arts and crafts! The program of the knife festivals takes place in the idyllic Youth Association of Kauhava and in different parts of the center, along the main street. The Youth Association hosts a sales display of knives and knife making supplies. 

The best knifesmiths in all of Finland come along with their display tables. The festivals include demonstrations of sewing sheaths, handle carving, and other talents. Forge demonstrations outside, competitions, and a program.
