Alahärmä House
The Alahärmä House is located in Knuuttilanraitti in a grand row of Ostrobothian houses. The oldest part of the house was built in the 18th century. The house was moved to its current location in about 1870, earlier it was located on the same plot but nearer the river.
The Kotiseutuyhdistys Härmä-seura bought the house in 2003 and worked to turn it into a fine example of past regional traditions. The house was decorated and the yard restored to a style typical of Härmä houses about one hundred years ago.
