Finnish Jaeger Museum Shop and Cafe Lola
Finland’s only museum based on the Jaeger movement and thus Finland’s independence.
Renewed in 2017, the exhibition introduces visitors to the history of the Jaeger movement through photographs, interviews and videos. All nearly 2,000 Jaegers are present, but we will get to know a few dozen young men, their thoughts and fates in more detail. The exhibition uses AV technology, which allows visitors to see, for example, the real training of the Jaegers in Lockstedt in 1916. We can listen to Jaeger interviews in which old gentlemen reminisce about their own, exciting, youth.
The Lola café and the museum shop also serve customers!
